As a former first responder, I have seen people at their worst and at their best. As a military spouse, parent, and caregiver, I have walked through and along side many life transitions, from birth through end of life. As a psychologist it is an honor to support you through the healing journey to discover the best in YOU!

I offer a relational approach with a trauma informed integrative style. My practice includes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Client-Centered Therapy integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness strategies.

I enjoy working with a diverse adult population (18+ years old), including students, young adults, healthcare providers, first responders, veterans, and retirees.
